These terms apply when you use easeonuae.com ("EaseOn", "we"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], trading as EaseOn UAE. By using the site you agree to them.

In short: EaseOn helps you find restaurants and send them your order on WhatsApp. The restaurant, not EaseOn, prepares, prices, sells and delivers the food.

1. What EaseOn is

EaseOn is a technology platform that lists restaurants and helps customers prepare an order and send it to the restaurant through WhatsApp. EaseOn is not a restaurant, does not sell or prepare food, and does not deliver orders unless a restaurant page clearly says otherwise.

2. Your order is with the restaurant

When you send an order, the sale is between you and the restaurant. The restaurant decides whether to accept it, confirms the final total, and is responsible for food quality, preparation, allergens information, delivery and pickup. Prices, menus and availability are set by each restaurant and can change.

3. Payment

You pay the restaurant directly, using the payment method the restaurant offers (for example cash on delivery). EaseOn does not collect or process your payment for the food.

4. Your account

You sign in with your WhatsApp number and a 4-digit PIN. Keep your PIN private.
Give accurate information and use a number you own.
You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Points

If EaseOn offers points on orders, they have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and the rules may change. Points may be removed for cancelled orders or misuse.

6. Acceptable use

Do not place false or prank orders, attempt to break or overload the service, access other people's accounts, or use the site unlawfully.

7. Cancellations and complaints

See our Refunds & Cancellations page. Your rights under UAE consumer protection law are not affected by these terms.

8. Availability

We work to keep EaseOn running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Orders depend on WhatsApp and on the restaurant being reachable.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, EaseOn is not responsible for the food, its quality or safety, delays, delivery, or disputes between you and a restaurant. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the courts of [EMIRATE / COURT — CONFIRM WITH LAWYER].
