Restaurant Partner Terms

1. The service
EaseOn provides your restaurant listing page, a dashboard to manage your menu and orders, and a way for customers to send you orders through WhatsApp. EaseOn does not take part in the sale, payment or delivery of your food.
2. Free trial
You get a free trial of [3 MONTHS — CONFIRM] starting when your page goes live. There is no setup fee. You can stop at any time during the trial at no charge.
3. Fees after the trial
- Commission: EaseOn charges 0% commission. We do not take any share of the value of orders you receive.
- Subscription: after the trial, continued use requires a fee of [AED ___ per year / EXACT PRICING — TO DECIDE], covering [WHAT IS INCLUDED].
- We will tell you the fee in writing at least [__ DAYS] before the trial ends. Nothing is charged unless you agree. If you do not, your listing is switched off.

4. Your responsibilities
- Hold all licences and approvals needed to sell food in the UAE and follow food safety rules.
- Keep your menu, prices, hours and availability accurate, including allergen information you provide.
- Respond to orders promptly and honour the orders you confirm.
- Handle preparation, delivery or pickup, refunds and customer complaints for your orders.
- Keep your dashboard PIN secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Payments
Customers pay you directly. EaseOn is not a party to those payments and is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks or unpaid orders.
6. Customer data
You will receive customer details (such as name, phone number, address and order items) for the orders placed with you. You may use them to fulfil those orders and to communicate with those customers as permitted by UAE law, including the Personal Data Protection Law. EaseOn processes customer data to operate the platform under our Privacy Policy. Do not misuse customer data or share it unlawfully.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of your logo, menu and photos, and give EaseOn permission to display them on the platform and in related promotion of your restaurant. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload.
8. Availability
EaseOn is provided as is. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and orders also depend on WhatsApp and other third parties. Please keep your existing ways of taking orders running.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, EaseOn is not liable for lost sales, indirect losses, or issues caused by third-party services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
10. Ending the agreement
Either side may end this agreement by written notice. EaseOn may suspend a listing for serious breach, false information, or unlawful activity. On ending, your page is switched off and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes under the courts of [EMIRATE / COURT — CONFIRM WITH LAWYER].
